There is someone who I recently started following on Twitter who has started writing about things that make her thankful. With such an uplifting piece, I figured that perhaps I should get a piece of the action. So what am I thankful for after all this time here?

I want to say thank you to all of you who have been continuing to support me since the start of this long journey. I know that you are all very busy, and have your own lives to attend to, but it makes me very happy to receive your continued patronage. This trip has been one of the greatest ordeals I've ever gone through, and knowing that my friends are with me in spirit has made it much more tolerable. I'm not exactly someone who enjoys "roughing it", so this has been very challenging for me.
So thank you everyone. Shauna, Ken, Lucy, Fiona, and everyone else. I know I complain often, but if I didn't who would?
Now that I have your attention. Watch this trailer for Fire Emblem. It's really cool.

ReplyDeleteI know how it feels to move somewhere far away from everyone you know (though admittedly, not as far away as you). I'm glad that you feel more connected through your blog, and I think it's fun to read because I like learning about different places, foods, customs, etc.
As to Fire Emblem, looks pretty sweet! I haven't played a turnbased game in a good while, and I'm always looking for fun new 3DS games. I will probably get Fire Emblem.
Don't judge, but I'm actually playing "Style Savvy Trendsetters" right now. It's really fun, and the best utilization of the 3D function of all the 3DS games I own so far.
