Propane

There are lots of things here that are very different from back home. Some things are logical in their differences. I can understand something like apples being hard to find, but one thing very strange, is how propane is sold here.

Now back home, I remember when we had a propane BBQ, when the tank was empty, you just brought it to the store and had it refilled no problem. Over here, it's not so simple...

Oh my God!

Down here we first have to bring the propane to the store. Ok, no difference there. Next however, is that there is no giant tank for you to refill at. They simply do not do that here, they say it's too dangerous or something. Is it the climate or lack of training? No idea.

"That's a clean burning Hell, I tell you hwhat!"

So after leaving your propane tank there, you have to wait for a truck to come by and refill it. Nobody knows when the truck comes, schedules are a little, rigid for this place.
