Seriously though, there is someone here who looks exactly like Bluto from Popeye. He has the hat, the build the beard, everything. His boat however, is by far the most amazing thing about him. He drives his very tiny boat, which looks like a bathtub, with a motor attached to it. Really, it's amazingly surreal, I love it when that guy drives by. Really brightens the day right up.
